Roanoke Pinball Museum is located on the second floor of Center in the Square - a family of museums located in the heart of downtown Roanoke.
Our mission is to cultivate curiosity in science, art, and history through pinball while preserving and honoring its role in American culture.
The Roanoke Pinball Museum opened its doors in the summer of 2015. We currently feature approximately 60 playable pinball machines with production dates ranging from 1932 to the present day.
Every admission ticket allows patrons to play at their leisure, but also to learn! Pinball players, young and old, will be introduced to the history of pinball, the science behind the game, and have an opportunity to appreciate the color, composition, and overall design of the artwork and features.
We are continually working to expand our offerings, host fun social events, and provide an interactive glimpse into a uniquely American cultural experience. C'mon out and visit RPM today!
The Roanoke Pinball Museum is available to rent for birthday parties, corporate events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, graduation celebrations, team building events, and any other type of event! For more information please call (540) 342-5746 or email us info@roanokepinball.org
In March of 2018, Nic Schell (of Nic’s North American Pinball Tour) joined the team at Roanoke Pinball Museum as our Executive Director! Nic's focus is to provide Roanoke with a wide collection of historically significant pinball machines and keep them maintained in top condition, while also expanding their ongoing role in social and educational engagement.
